Overview

  • Partners with client company employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. (provides support to internal management in the same areas
  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Offer proactive recruiting assistance
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Responds to and investigates employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harrassment allegations, etc.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Conduct periodic audits to human resource activities

 

Requirements:

2 to 3 years experience in the HR field

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
