Busy industrial company is seeking someone for their Inside Sales Support position. The job functions will be supporting the sales department with various administrative duties and full sales support including creating purchase orders, following up on jobs, specification sheets, schedule meetings for sales, complete job processing, researching bids, support inventory counts, safety meeting coordination and updates along with various administrative duties.
This position is a long term, full time temp-to-hire position. The hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge and previous experience with invoicing and purchase orders
Previous sales support experience preferred
